If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact me within 14 days of your appointment so we can make adjustments if necessary. Redo services do not include changes of preference or a completely new desired look.

Please allow flexibility in your schedule. Because every service is personalized and I work one-on-one with each guest, some appointments may take longer than expected.

Please avoid arriving more than 15 minutes late, as I work independently and timing affects the flow of the following appointments. In some cases, services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Street parking is available nearby. Meters accept quarters or the Pango app, so please prepare parking arrangements prior to your appointment.

For the best possible results, hair must arrive completely dry. Clean hair is highly recommended, with minimal product buildup — including oils, color sprays, dry shampoo, or excessive residue — as natural color techniques perform best on a clean canvas.
